The Ballenger name has deep roots in the Rio Grande Valley. Those roots began when my grandfather moved to San Benito in 1908. Starting with few assets and a strong work ethic, he grew with the Valley and built a tremendous reputation as a pioneer businessman and civic leader. My father and uncles continued in his footsteps. Ballenger Properties continues to build on this foundation by brokering transactions that contribute to the healthy expansion of our community.
